	Environmental Litigation We litigate environmental cases in federal and state courts. Our cases involve hazardous waste, water pollution, air pollution and underground storage tank litigation. We represent those persons or companies in private party litigation, where possible defendants include adjacent landowners and former landowners. We also defend companies against government enforcement actions. Our cases involve claims under the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (a/k/a Superfund ), as well as analogous state statutes and the common law. We also represent citizens groups in environmental cases against corporations and governments. These lawsuits can involve claims of property damage, bodily harm or simply claims to force the defendant to comply with the law.
